Now that most places its cold and raining, do you apply your sunscreen? Do you think its necessary to apply it even with this weather changes?we apply sunscreen to block harmful UV rays from the sun ,but now the sun rarely comes out.

It's a good idea to still use the sunscreen. When I was younger, the worst sunburn I received was when it was cloudy.

I check the UV index, if it's high even on a cloudy day, I use the sunscreen.

My makeup has sunscreen in it, so if I happen to be wearing makeup at least I’m covered there. On the other hand, I haven’t been wearing makeup often lately! On a more serious note: dermatologists say the body part that gets the most sun that people forget to cover with sunscreen is the hands. They attribute that to the fact that people drive so much, and the unrelenting sun glares through the windshield without the person thinking to protect their hands, specifically the back of them.

@Tracey98 If you’re not in the direct sun all day long, yes, it is enough.

I've learned that we have to use sunscreen even inside the house or anywhere. The sun's rays can go deeper through anywhere. It's for our own safety and protection, skin healthwise.

I rarely apply sunblock cream on my body. I always try to walk under the shade when I´m out of the house

I had used sunscreen maybe a few times in life and it stinks so I do not use it anymore. I do not like the feel of it on my skin. So I just dress to cover my skin and wear a hat.

I apply a cream with SPF regardless of the weather, as we already know, ultraviolet rays penetrate despite the fact that the sun is there or not, ultraviolet is the main enemy of the skin not only in terms of aging but also in various diseases and lesions of the skin, so yes SPF is necessary)
2 May 23
Even if it's cold and raining it's still important to apply sunscreen because UV rays can still penetrate through clouds and cause damage to the skin but still I only use it when I feel I want to use it

I only use it in the summer. Some sun is good for us. I don’t want a burn though.

Oh, it's the opposite here, the sun's scorching rays always greet us every day, accompanied by hot and humid temperatures. So, we need that sunscreen badly.
