how many types of fruits & vegetables you eat in a day

Because that I am staying in my University now, there aren't much of an options here and that every type of dishes we take regardless if we only take a little of this vegetable and that vegetable, the price will be counted. That is why I would normally take only a type of vegetable each day unless I am eating one more in the evening. So that makes a total of 2 types of vegetables everyday.

I eat many fruits and vagatables like banana ,apple,carrot a realy like karrot :)the fruits and vagatables cannot be replacedfrom any multivitamins ot ''centrum'' or vita MAXX .evrybody need this coz with out vegetables and fruits we will duy from ''scorbqla''coz we will have a lipe of vitamins after many many years id one prison thousend people die from skoorbiqla and one doctor named ...i forgot named :) and he discover the vitamins)vita-life min-the mean group of mini) :)

Honestly i dont get as healthy as I should. I made sure yesterday to buy a bunch of different fruit and some new vegs to try to eat better :)

Minimum 2 vegetables and 1 fruit per day is a must in our family, because we love fruits and vegetables.

depends on what's available on the table. i don't always eat vegetables. but i cannot live a day without fruits. i mostly have apples and rambutan in a day.

the last two weeks i have been eating more than the five a day of just fruits,eg:aplles,pairs,peaches,kiwi fruit,bananas.did'nt notice any difference in energy levels though,but gonna try and keep eating at least the minimum amount.

I try to at least eat 3 serving, because they are better for you than other things. I also love veggies and fruit.
