A lottery winner story from California

Lucia Forseth who lives in Pittsburg California is counting her blessings after she paid money to play a lucky Scratchers lottery ticket at a Wal Mart store two days ago.
The catch is that Lucia who homeless six years ago when she turned her life around.
Lucia believes that the reason she won the $5 million dollar prize was because she was lucky to play the winning lottery ticket. since she has turned her life around after being homeless.
Lucia has plans to buy a home and invest the rest of her winnings. In my opinion she was at the right place at the right time since winning a huge prize on a scratch off game is a very long shot.

That was so amazing and I wonder how many tickets(scratch off)that she purchased. I don't buy lottery tickets any more, I used to buy a few, occasionally but never regularly.

Good question how many lottery tickets Lucia bought since the report did not mention how many tickets she bought. I gave up playing lottery a long time ago due to lack of money.

@kobesbuddy Neither would I since a former talk show host in New Orleans who knows about the lottery and casinos says that only persons who can afford to lose money should gamble.
