Back for Update about my toxic boss

May 9, 2023 7:52pm CST
Last few months I was here cause I was like really stress about my boss who is a constant toxic.. I was ready to yo know, like have sent a resignation for it and really thinking about resigning for a very long time. I was looking for a sign, although I know , the sign has been already there since the start of my girl boss' toxicity. How ever, in the past weeks after that very toxic times, my girl boss suddenly become so kind and nice haha , I mean, like hello? where's this coming from right now.. And guess what, she hasn't been yelling or you know get mad like since February, and I am doubting what happened.. It's been so sketchy to me haha. I am still in the company by the way. Can give me some advice? cause like it's very rare for my boss to be nice and all hahaha.. Let me know your thoughts *photo from google

I think you should stay since your boss is being good and nice to you.

Maybe someone higher up than her noticed her behavior, and pointed out she better change her attitude. Now you can just enjoy the change, and do your job without worrying about her toxicity.

May be that someone told her to be more polite. I think you must stay there.

I'm glad things are going better, but my experience with a woman boss is that they might be nice for a little while but then they go back to being a bi... uhm... not nice again. I don't understand why they do that but men bosses either hate you right from the start or they like you... No middle ground. I'd find a different job if I were you.

I'm glad she changed, but it seems you're still not totally at ease. I guess it depends how you see yourself career-wise in that company. How long and how high in the corporate ladder do you see yourself there? Are the benefits good?

The benefits, it's good. they're paying right for my benefits, sss, philhealth, pagibig. But, seeing myself for a long term employment with them is not good.. You get a little to no raise of salary.. (which in my observation since I am the youngest in the office and my workmates either have worked there 10 yrs the least) and also, I cannot see myself having to move on a certain corporate ladder there., Since the salary will be the issue
