Am hoping my grandson's new babysitter would stay for a long time so I can be free to do other things at home like visiting myLot. I take care of my grandson whenever there's no available nanny. It is so hard to find an efficient and trustworthy ones these days. My grandson will be turning three next month, and he is really hyperactive, so he needs the watchful eyes of the nanny.

I can understand how tiring watching a hyperactive child is. I had one. He's still hyperactive as an adult. I hope the new babysitter can handle him.

Oh right, I'm not a grandfather just yet, but I am aware of how difficult it can be to care for children, especially when we reach an advanced age and our bodies are already deteriorating. While they are still loving being toddlers and would attempt as many new things as they could, they need a lot of attention. Nowadays, finding a competent nanny can be expensive because so many younger people lack the maturity and experience necessary to be good babysitters, and the mature and experienced ones are hard to come by.

@acelawrites Nowadays, there are many work opportunities accessible, making professions like babysitting less in demand. So, fewer people are applying for that job currently.

So true it is hard to find a good one these days; we have to contend with whoever is willing to take the job.
