I have spent plenty of time here and earned less than $5. At work I earn much more..... But this is fun, no?

The mistake many of us are doing is: we are thinking mylot as our employer and we compare the remuneration we get here to wages one can get elsewhere and definitely one would get disappointed.
Mylot is a free site and they welcome everyone to post discussions or give responses. They have some system (automatic, I suppose) which decides how much money to be paid for each discussion/response.
The fault lies in those:
1. For whole day if you post 10 to 15 responses
2. For whole day if you post 3 to 5 new discussions
3. If your posting discussion/responses takes longer time
due to shortcomings in typing(keyboarding)
4. If you spend more time than required to think about what response to give
Like this, there are so many factors and if one sets it right, one can earn (according to my experience), a dollar+ per hour.
