Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening to all my dear mylotters
Here I am posting very late than my usual time of posting. I am feeling not so good today because my youngest brother was rushed to the hospital and will be scheduled for operation. I just got busy for personal reasons. A prayer from mylotters is a big help 
Anyways, my post will be about a dish that I will be cooking for dinner today. It is really simple. Just fry the ground beef with onion, garlic and squash. Sprinkle it with salt and pepper. That`s it 
you can now enjoy it with steamed rice 
How about you my dear mylotters? Have you tried this ground beef with squash? What are you having for today?

Thank you so much. Your prayer is so powerful that my brother is now passed the 1st procedure and will be having another procedure and so far he said he is feeling better. 1 person likes this

No. He lives in the Philippines but I keep in touch with our mom in order for me to know whatever they need I can help somehow

Yes. It is simple and very tasty. You can mix it with vegan beef if you don`t eat beef meat

I've made ground beef similar to yours but never with squash. Usually I add peas and onions to mine along with rice.
