What Now My Love

Can you resist that face? My Freddie and I have come to an agreement on a song we share. He is the most vocal cat I have ever had and during the early morning hours sounds like he is singing arias. So when he starts getting vocal I shout out What now my love? I wondered what was familiar about these words. Then a remembered a song that had this in the lyrics. The song works well for us because I ask him and he replies even though I don’t know what he is saying. Then at time, he disappears somewhere so I can continue with the lyrics and say now that you’ve left me. So here is our song and my favorite version is by Elvis.

@CarolDM I could just imagine what would happen if Dude and Freddie got together. Maybe a different kind of vocal group with a hit record

Yikes, poor Freddie has he been checked for hyperthyroidism? Glad you two agree on a song.

@RasmaSandra It is usually older cats that get it, but a Hallmark is excessive vocalization. Might want to run it by your vet.

@snowy22315 What do you mean? They became one year old in April and I need to arrange to get them fixed and checked as soon as I can because I have no one who can help me so it will have to be a trip by cab etc.

As long as the two of you appreciate each other that is all that matters.

@JudyEv Freddie thinks he can sing more like Freddie Mercury and when I put on Bohemian Rhapsody he seems to be able to hit all the high notes on Galileo
