It's been a few years since asmr videos got popular but I never really liked them before. I tried watching some to see what asmr is all about but I could never finish a video. I felt bored. Whenever I encounter this type of videos, especially mukbang asmr, I just scroll right away. But last week, I came across this asmr channel where this husband and wife do scalp scratching/dandruff removing asmr and instantly, I felt relaxed and almost sleepy. Especially when they speak in whispers, it adds to that lulling effect. Now, I can go to sleep earlier by just playing their asmr videos. I'm glad I came across their channel. What about you guys? Do you like asmr videos?

@jiwonnie yup, same for me. Those mukbang ones don't make sense to me as well.

They're these types of videos where creators make quiet sounds (whispering, tapping, scratching, etc) that cause tingling sensations on your head and neck. It's really relaxing

No, I’m not into that kind of thing, but I know it is extremely popular. A lot of people have cashed in on this kind of form of entertainment or relaxation. It certainly has a wide range of choices from which to choose. I am happy to hear it helped you fall asleep faster.

Maybe you just haven't encountered a specific type of asmr you might like? You might just come across one someday that's up your alley

Yes, I found that it kind of takes talent to make it work. A lot of asmr videos that does whispering also bored me But not this particular channel. They're good at it.

@jiwonnie I only found one that was relaxing, but after a while it becomes repetitive and boring.
