And so very easy, dear friends! You know that I have now a one burner stove that Dixie lent me. It is a camping devise and I´m doing all I can with it. Today I was going to cook chicken in mushroom sauce AND white rice but I would have to be around for too long as I´d have to cook one dish after the other. So I just cooked the chicken thighs. I seared the salted thighs and covered the pot. I dread that the kitchen will catch fire again. I put an alarm clock to go an see it and it was done. So I added thick dairy cream and a lot of fresh mushrooms. In another 5 minutes I went to see it and it was ready. I toasted bread and I ate it with bread instead of rice. I had French bread so it was perfect. And carbs are carbs. There will be some extra juice after I finish eating the chicken so ´ll make with it a good thick mushroom soup. That will be more than delicious and an extra dish. What did you have for dinner today?

This morning as usual I did not have breakfast. I only drink a glass of tea and a small piece of chocolate donut. Yes, enough to just prop hunger.

@marguicha Yes, that's good for us. Of course, adjusting our habits. There are people who cannot live without a big breakfast.

I ate Shepherd's Pie for lunch about an hour or so ago. I don't know what I'll make for supper later.

@marguicha I can put a nice big slice of Shepherd's Pie into the little door on the side of my laptop and send it to you but you have to promise you'll take it out on your end. Other people wouldn't take the food out and I had to have my laptop cleaned... The technician told me if I brought it to him again with cake or other food in it, he'll charge me double to clean it out. I can't afford to pay double...
