For me, it's twice a month. Honestly, it's based on how dirty I feel the bed sheets is. If I feel the bed sheets is already dirty, I change it immediately, so it can be more than twice a month.
I love the feeling I get everytime I change the bed sheets. It gives me the positive energy and even fresher body and soul, and make me feel cleaner than ever.
How about you? how often you change the bed sheets?

That's great. I'll try to do it weekly but end up with changing for twice a month.

I have to change my sheets often... I have allergic reactions to dirt/pollen... If I start itching, which I tend to do every three or four days, the sheets must be changed. I change pillow cases every other day.

@happylearner I have four sets of sheets for my bed. I usually just use two sets, though. I wash the set I just took off the bed and put the other set on. Then the first set is ready/available for the next change. (These two sheet sets are the best fitting and don't pull off the bed just because I sleep in it.)
I frequently get bright red rashes on my arms, chest and stomach when I'm having an allergic reaction. I also get hives at times.

You must have a quite many bed sheets, then..
Other than itching, do you feel any reactions that indicate you have allergic? for me, it's sneeze. When I sneeze, there must be dust.

For me I keep changing the bed sheets in one weeks time.
However I can change earlier than that when I feel like using another colour for that matter.

I change my bed sheets and pillow cases every two weeks. Sometimes, if I feel different laying down in bed, I change sheets after one week.
