Why does Michael Jackson have a fake guitar?

This was another display at the Wax Museum in Kolkata. Michael Jackson striked a classic pose. I was surprised at how tall he was in real-life. (I assume that the wax figures reflected the true size of each person).
A look at the guitar next to him cracked me up. It had "Yemaha" written on it - not the usual Yamaha. I wonder if this was intentional for copyright purposes or it was an error.

Most likely an error since I knew that Michael was a great dancer and musician but as far I know he did not play guitar onstage.

I don´t think this was an error. I´m sure that your guess about copyright must be the right one.

Cool to see the wax figures. Why Yemaha?

Sometimes it is because of copyright or it could be a mistake, That is realistic looking of him,

It was probably an error I would guess.

Michael Jackson was primarily known for his exceptional singing and dancing abilities rather than playing the guitar.

Michael Jackson didn't play the guitar. Why did this guitar get into the museum? I have no idea how tall Michael Jackson was.
