Doggie abandonment

Hey guys, I would like to know if there are any Bangalorean's here.... and if you'll are animal lovers by any chance.. I Love animals but what I dislike seeing are when people think about abandoning those sweet angels on the roads and I would like to know who can I call to take them because if breeders find them.. well you know what happens.. in this year alone I've seen at least 5 breed dogs being abandoned in my area and our street dogs are friendly but you can never know when they just might feel territorial. I have seen 2 new poms in the past week alone and there's a lab and last year I saw a couple ditch a 2 year old cocker spaniel. I wish could take them home but I cant I already have 2 dogs.
