I think I may have the most difficult parts done on the JBL L-100 single I'm working on. I have fixed some damaged corners and edges, and am now simply sanding away. The surface shown is the third of four I have to restore on this speaker.
I still have not hooked this thing up, so I don't know whether I'll keep it or sell it. A pair of these sells for between $1200 and $2000 on eBay.
How is your Friday going? I worked at the flaky day care this morning for three hours and survived. Harper, at 14-months, says "We did it!" really clearly. She is adorable. Product placement is by Kitty.

I woke up not long ago, got a shower and then fried some hamburger and sausage with sliced onions and bell peppers, added some seasonings to it and am now eating it for my lunch. Delicious.
I'm glad you survived daycare and I'm assuming the kids did too.
Harper is growing up way too fast.

@DaddyEvil I want to capture the look in her eyes when we play together.

Cute Harper! I once was so envious of one of my acquaintances, who was a childcare worker since she could be with little children almost 24/24. She made a face to me, "I thought so too, but reality is, I change nappies and clean bums almost full time!"
(One of my children was a difficult child (she was born to make my life hell), so I no longer wish to work with little children any more hahaha.)

Is any sanding not routine?
I'm thinking of sanding my bathroom floor and painting it some other color. I guess that wouldn't be routine.

@TheHorse It's not wood. It's whatever lino is now. I would hand sand lightly so that the paint would adhere.

@BarBaraPrz Ah, got it. how would you apply the paint? I actually used spray paint and masking on my exposed studs and joists in Montana.

My Friday went OK. Spent a great deal of time on the computer taking surveys and on MyLot. Hubs is a tiny bit better which is encouraging. Congrats to you and Harper! Have a nice long weekend.
