Visited With Lesha, in the Grocery Store

Lesha and I worked at Tawas Village, years back. She started out in the housekeeping department, then progressed to the position as the office receptionist. She was an excellent employee! I was always working in the Nursing Department as an Aide, all the years I put in there. Yes, I did a lot of cleaning up, five days a week. Lesha and I communicated with each other, quite often. The work environment was quite abusive, yet we just continued to do the best job possible, for the amazing residents who lived there. They became like family members:) Did we become best of friends? No, we didn't become close because we were on different schedules most days. Lesha worked the 9-5 shift, while I worked the second shift, for two years. When I spotted Lesha working as a checker at a grocery store, her face lit up like a candle! We hugged and reminisced for a few minutes.
