Found a little injured parrot

Pakistan

This morning when I came out in the lobby I saw an almost 2 weeks baby parrot sitting in the corner. When I got closer it started making this cat like hissing sound. Basically he hates being touched as he was attacked by a cat (by the looks of his skin showing a little injury) I felt so sorry for the poor fella. I need the advice of you parrot / birds lovers out there. First tell me what breed is this? What should I do about the little scratches on its body? What should I feed it? A friend of mine on a call told me to make powder of bird feed and feed him with a syringe. Is that okay? Help is required here .

You have received a lot of great advice from @yukimori. I hope you can take care of the parrot.

That's a cockatiel. I don't know a whole lot about their care but generally their diet should be fresh seeds like millet. They can have a lot of vegetables and fruits, too: apples (without seeds!), bananas, oranges, carrots, peppers, broccoli, corn on the cob, dark green lettuces, and peas are good options for them. If he'll eat on his own you can give him chunks of veggies that are small enough to hold in his foot. If not, pureeing some of those food items and syringe feeding them should work. I can't really tell from the picture, but if the cat actually injured him and drew blood he really should see a vet as soon as possible. Those wounds can be really bad for them and he'll need antibiotics to prevent infection.

I think this is a normal parrot. In the past when we had it, we fed it with millet which you can see it from the attached photo to avoid any mistakes.
