"Mistaken" Signal lead to a huge Loss... / myLot

I really worry for all people who lost their lives and injured.RIP to all Good Souls in Recent Train Accident at Odisha...4 tracks, 3 trains and 21 compartment of Train get affected. On 2nd June 2023,Friday evening at 7pm, This incident is happened because of "Human error in signalling". Actually , signal was given to Shalimar express heading towards chennai to enter the main line, but it was taken off and the train entered the loop line and crashed into the goods train which is parked there and meanwhile Howrah express hit the Coromandel express. Don't know whom to blame ??? Many lost their lives...My hearty condolences to all lives.

That looks horrible! I often thought of traveling by train, but that photo has given me second thoughts.

I was surprised to read that it was a human involved in signaling. In this day and age, I thought that was controlled by technological capabilities. Whoever was responsible must feel so guilty, and unfortunately for them, they’re probably going to prison for a very long time. My heart hurts for the victims.
