Smiling from ear to ear

We visited an old friend recently. The couple were very good to us when we lived in Ravensthorpe, and we’ve remained friends. The husband died about a year ago. The wife is very involved with the local museum and also had a great deal to do with the organising and running of the Wildflower Show which the town holds each year. It is the biggest wildflower show in the state although the town itself is very small. While we were at the house, Vince took this photo of a very benign frog which was sitting on an outdoor table. Doesn’t it have just the most beautiful smile?

It does have a wonderful smile. By any chance is it a tree frog? I really don't know one frog from another, but I'm wondering if you know what kind it is. I'm glad you could spend time with your friend. She sounds active.

Our friend keeps herself very busy. She thinks it is a green tree frog but the description doesn't quite fit for me. It has green spots on the back rather than white ones.
