Special Prosecutor Jack Smith as Elliot Ness

Anyway, whenever they show the special prosecutor Jack Smith on TV (the guy looking into Trump's holding of federal documents) it reminds me of Elliot Ness from the Untouchables, not the Kevin Costner version but an earlier one with Robert Stack playing Ness. I would show them side by side by comparison if I could...One of the only stills from the movie that doesn't have the gun front and center. Of course, Smith doesn't use weapons though.

I think I have the Costner version here on DVD. Unfortunately, RS has passed on now. They say he was a nice guy.

The Untouchables what a really good movie. I saw the Costner one. I liked many of Costner's film portrayals.
Ah, now Al Capone, that's a real criminal!
