From past a week or so I face hard times in waking myself up. Even if it was a free day or my off day I have hard times waking myself up but don't have any other option so need to wake up and start with the day and this happened today too. Besides I also feel pain in my back when I get up. Do you also experience that?

At this point in my life, I almost always just get up when my alarm goes off. My back is always hurting anyway because of a car wreck decades ago. I used to struggle to get up with my alarm, until one morning, I thought I hit snooze, and I had not. I ended up late for an appointment, and have since been able to make myself get up on time. I don't want a repeat of that.

I can understand thanks. Maybe I need to do better and shouldn't have issues in waking up

No. When I wake up, I'm awake and will get up and do whatever I need done. But I can also take a nap whenever I get tired, too.

@Butterfingers Only if I've been lifting heavy weights for a while... My problem is my eyes swell closed. *shrug*

@Butterfingers Sometimes if you have stress on your mind your sleep may get disturbed.

That's good to know, must be because of my sleeping posture

I have no problems getting up early in the morning. I experience more back pain when I go to bed.

I do feel it hard waking up, but it's not due to pains, mostly because it's quite cold here lately and this winter is probably gonna be colder. Hope you find a solution to your back pain
