Previously PayPal never sent notification to email when we log in, usually only when transferring or receiving some money.
This proves that whenever someone tries to break through there will always be walls blocking it.
i haven't tried to access it on the computer.

@RebeccasFarm well, as long as it's genuine from Paypal.

I have gotten that message before. Now they want me to back up the account with a bank or credit card. Something I did initially, but neither of those accounts are in use any more.

I don't typically get e-mails unless I request a verification code.

I tried logging in on my computer just now to check if PayPal would email me but nope. No email. I use Macintosh on my computer and iOS on my phone. I don't remember any emails from PayPal telling me I've logged in when I try to do so in both devices.

I haven't tried logging in to PayPal for months now because I am not earning online since I moved to the dorm.

I think a lot of sites which deal with currency have adopted the policy of two-step verification. Where either your e-mail address or cell phone is text with a security code.
The extra security is a good practice with so many scammers out there.
