Avocado oil

The past few days I was preparing my avocados to extract oil from them. Today I managed to get some oil though it was little buts it's worth worth The oil is good and I wish it was much more . Credit to my kids they helped me alot

@toniganzon it has a lot of oil when you try it you will know how much of the oil we usually consume from avocados

It's a bit of process . I sieve the avocados and let it dry in the sun for three days Then squeeze it through a Muslim cloth and you have your oil!

1.Scooping the avocado using a spoon from it's skin 2.Passing it through a sieve 3.Spread it on top of a flat surface I use a saucepan lid 4.Dried it in the sun for three days 5.Using muslin cloth I squeezed the oil out! There it is!

I've seen extracting of avocado oil on YouTube. This a great skill to be able to make your own oil. The oil looks very impressive and that can last a long time.

Do you have many avocado trees? Many orchardists here are ripping out their fruit trees and planting avocados.

Avocado bussiness is now booming worldwide even here so many farmers are going for it. No the one that we had we cut it down some years back now we have a friend who brings from her farm to us
