i've seen some parkour stunts in the movie 'district 13' by david belle and cyril raffaelli.
one should have a good background in martial arts and gymnastics to do one

follow it..and do it...sometimes...
my friend is trained by urban freeflow and can do good stuff...i do it as well, but not as good :X
