It is no secret that a prosecutor in Georgia, Fani Willis, has been investigating Trump's attempt at election interference after he legitimately lost the 2020 election. Many witnesses and co-conspirators testified before a grand jury. The head of that grand jury went on a wacky press tour after it wrapped up and basically said to expect several indictments and that none of them would be surprising. Willis asked a judge to hold off on releasing the grand jury report as she expected charging decisions to be "imminent". That was back in February or March and it is now June so my definition of "imminent" seems to be pretty different from hers. In fact she has alerted the Georgia court to be available during like a 2 week window in August so presumably that's when the indictments will be issued and people arrested.
Trump's arrest in Manhattan in April was the first of its kind. No former president had ever been arrested and charged before. Yesterday's Trump arrest was also the first of its kind in that it was the SECOND arrest of a former president. Interestingly, the Fulton County sheriff's office sent representatives to both arraignments in order to observe the security precautions and proceedings.
The sheriff said: "We’re being very proactive about our approach. We’re doing a really good job of reading tomorrow’s newspaper today, understanding what safety and security looks like so we are prepared holistically. (It's) an opportunity to learn and make sure we are equally prepared.”
Sooooooo it looks like Trump will be indicted and arrested yet again in August. If nothing else he has now helped local, state, and federal governments figure out how to deal with future presidents who crime and get busted.

I'm am going to go out on a limb and make a prediction, the polls right now are skewed saying Trump is so far ahead, it is a mind game to the masses, he is not going to be the Republican nominee.
