Bought A Hand Exercise Equipment

Today received hand and arm exercise equipment from Amazon. I was thinking about it for a long time and finally got it. These tools are designed to strengthen and improve the grip of our hands, wrists, and fingers, promoting overall hand health and functionality. It also helps with arthritis too, as well as recovering from hand injuries. So I think it is a good buy for 3 dollars and hope that I would put some more time into exercising with it. I hope you enjoy your exercise equipment. I used to work out 6 days a week, an hour and a half each day. I still have the weight bench and all the weights. I just don't use them anymore.
