Meditating

I have been in a very negative state of mind lately and I keep forgetting that meditating is something that can help. I get too caught in my own head to realize there are useful tools that you can use without turning to self destructive behaviors. Does anyone else meditate on a daily basis and if so, how do you make sure that it fits in with your routine?

I don’t, but I have heard the meditation apps are very popular. A lot of people are turning to meditation to find some sort of inner peace.
