This rose that you see in the photo is called Catherine There are many colours in this species and I had them all.
A friend had given me a bouquet of those colours which she had in her garden After the roses faded I planted those stems and they all came to life and yes. They yielded.
When I had that accident there was little or no time to care for the garden as I needed all the attention and that was the time I lost them all
Roses are not easy to maintain but the Catherine variety is not fussy They grow from cuttings. I have no access to my friend now as she is tied to the house and does not move around these days and I do not socialise much
But this photo brings back memories.

I least expected that the stems would grow but sadly we could not save them. I had white, yellow, orange, red and peach.

@allknowing Shame you could not save them. I have lost one of my pink roses, I liked those blooms.
