When in Doubt, I Write About My Lunch

Others on My Lot had a good lunch, so I decided my lunch should be fairly healthy. Do I constantly eat healthy foods? NO! I enjoy junk, too often.
Anyway, this is what I had for lunch, a fried egg sandwich with Swiss cheese. I don't usually cook my lunch, it's most often something that I fix quickly or microwave.
I fried an egg, broke its yoke in the pan, then added a slice of Swiss cheese.
For a side dish, I included a very small bowl of leftover broccoli. No, it's not in the photo and my sandwich is 1/2 eaten. I decided to get a photo, a bit too late.
Was it tasty? YES!

Sometimes I just eat steamed broccoli for a meal.

Once in a while we have burgers for supper. I guess that's a sandwich, we cooked.

It looks good, I just had an English muffin with some PB and fig butter. Since I am having a veggie burger for supper, I decided to make today a vegetarian day.

I love broccoli. I don't care for sunnyside-up eggs. I prefer scrambled. I'm glad you enjoyed your lunch.
