Despite my efforts, I am only able to sleep around 2am. I am miserable forcing myself to sleep lying in bed itching with my eczema anxious and disgusted with myself.
But when I wake up in the morning around 11am I am feeling okay.
So I thought maybe I will do tasks until late at night instead of suffering in bed. I just have to up my energy level as well as do some relaxation and meditation.
Are you an early bird or like me?

My doctor advised me to sleep before 12midnihgt. I don't know the scientific explanation but I try to follow it.

@Davixx I believe it is related to brain activities during that time period that is beneficial to us.

That is good that you are aligned with your circadian rhythm. Having sleeping problems is the worst.

I was like that when I got diagnosed with my anxiety. I would sleep at 10-11 pm then wake up at 2am, if I am lucky I could sleep back at 3 then wake up again at 4am then 5 sleep then wake up at 6 or 7am. I would feel tired until my mental health was already affected by it. The meds given to me has made my sleep straight again and so far anxiety has lessened but it still there.

@yoalldudes Yes I think this sleep pattern has developed during when I caught covid and was hospitalized. Since I am all alone in the room I am always on alert to watch over my things so I kept on having short sleep time. Then when I got out of the hospital I carried that habit not knowing it was affecting my mental wellness already.

I stay up all night every night. I have stopped trying to fight it. I'll fall asleep eventually, whether it's after 24 hours or 48 hours.

I slept around 3am earlier and woke up at 7am. I tried listening to preaching, surfing the net and the like but still has no effect. It's been weeks that I slept very late at night. I admit these days, I am always lying in bed. It's time for me to move a muscle.

@yoalldudes I haven't, maybe because I slept in the morning or haven't done any lifting or physical activities. Anyways, thanks for your suggestion.
