Just wondering if anybody has ever met them!

Hello Today I have spent a lot of time on short videos on YouTube with various actors I was just wondering if random people have ever come around to ask you questions or to solve a puzzle. or have you ever seen them doing this creation around you, I have watched a lot of clips of people doing this along the streets but I have never seen it in real life or being done to me. Or is it a planed move that people make to entertain there followers, I'm really puzzled

I spend / waste a lot of time on watching shorts , by the time I realise what am I doing , it's already half an hour to one hour. Those videos are to entertain people some are planned while some are random..

I think it normally happens in big cities, so I have never experienced that myself.
