Have you ever taken a nature walk for an hour without stopping

One day I just set a random target on my google maps for a distance of about five kilometers which lasts for an hour
It was actually last week Friday, I walked for an hour all the way and back, it was very tiresome but it felt like I was coming from a run, and I was very tied.
I drank a lot of water to quench my thirst but it was unquenchable as I can say, because the day was also too hot, but anyway, I gave myself a challenge and luckily completed it
Have you ever tried this?

When I was younger, I was told I went an hour and half without stopping.

When I was around twelve, my teacher took about 15 of us to a place called Martin Nature Park. We walked everywhere for about three hours, in streams, up hills. I actually fell in the stream, and finished our walk with mud all over me. We brought water with us, thankfully.

My daughter and I take walks around our city and the walks can last from 20 minutes to over an hour. It's good exercise.

@leighnyork Not very often, no. I get dizzy and am afraid I'll fall. Falling on concrete sidewalks wouldn't be good for me.

I haven't done any walking lately. I'm glad you got some exercise.
