Are graham crackers popular in your place? I like to eat it plain crackers together with coffee. Graham crackers are so popular here for desserts like mango graham shake and refrigerated fruit cocktail cake. The milkshake uses crushed grahams and the cake uses layered graham crackers. I had a mango graham shake this afternoon and it is so sweet but it is yummy. The best brand is MY San crackers. I don't know of any brand so the manufacturer of these crackers are really lucky now because here in the Philippines the dessert made from it is so popular.
