I take advantage of the availability of this fruit this season MAy-June and maybe all through Juky as well Id like to believe. This is a very nutritious fruit with good cholesterol and Vitamin E.
I have resolved that at least for our health we will have this habit of having a fruit of the day for most days like banana which is an all year round fruit. The compounded effect o this simple habit I hope would result to long years of goo health and staving off illnesses.

She is Filipino so Most likely she use it to make avocado pudding or avocado ice cream. Filipinos usually gets surprise when they used for savory stuff.

I wish I can try avocado in salads. I like the iceberg variety of lettuce but it is not readily available. The leafy ones are a tad bitter.

We usually have fruit with our Meals on Wheels lunch. I've only eaten two avocados in my life. Have a good day.
