Something different for supper...Japanese dumplings

I really wanted bang bang shrimp, but they didn't have it at Costco, and their shrimp prices were out of this world. I decided to get something like potstickers, but I wanted something with a sauce so I got Japanese Dumplings. They are really delicious. Probably better as a snack or appetizer than a meal, but if you made rice with it, it would be fine. I had a large container of raspberries so I had that along with them. Have you had Japanese dumplings? They were yum!

Were they gyozas? We get them often as my son likes to eat them after school (8 of 'em to be exact ).

I don’t think I have had Japanese dumplings. What makes them different from the normal Chinese dumplings?

I don't really know...because not sure I have eaten Chinese dumplings either... Probably the shape though..and the fact they came with a dipping sauce.

I am not sure if I have had them before or not. Those sound really good. I will have to look for them at Costco.

I like Japanese Dumplings, I buy them time by time when we are not in the mood of a full dinner.
