Go by your constitution and not by what others recommend

Some have a strong constitution and some weak. Those with a weak constitution have to choose a life style that takes care of their digestion and other issues. While those with a strong constitution have less to worry.
Those suffering from diabetes, IBS, heart ailments and other chronic illnesses have to draw up their own diet but not impose that on others who can afford to eat anything without giving it a second thought. I have issues with sour things and so if someone recommends that I take lime juice I see red (lol)
I recommended someone here that they should sit on a low stool while weeding little realising the way they do it is some kind of exercise. See what I mean?
Have you had any issues where you are forced into food and other restrictions where it is not required? What's your story?

Well, this is kind of an extension of your topic. I mentioned I have great trouble with the heat, and someone told me to wear a hat. Uh, I’ve tried that! I’ve used a parasol, and carried a wet wash cloth around…I simply have major trouble with the heat!
My sister has IBS, and I don’t envy people with digestive issues. I don’t imagine taking lime juice would be pleasant!

One has to fine tune if that is the right expression when it comes to health issues of individuals
