Vegan chocolate muffins

I'm visiting a friend tomorrow, and I thought it would be nice to bring something, so I baked some chocolate muffins. I actually didn't have any eggs, so I googled a vegan recipe. They turned out great! I already tried one (gotta taste-test, right?) and they are delicious.
Do you enjoy baking? If so, have you tried baking vegan recipes? I've tried a couple so far, and usually try are a hit.

I am a Heinz-57 American with a bit of Belgian ancestry, who loves Belgian Dark Chocolate and would rather not eat the chocolate if it is not Belgian Dark Chocolate. I also often cook and bake vegan or vegetarian foods. We have various issues like Crohn's Disease, Ulcerative Colitis, and Celiac Disease in the fa,ily.

@maclanis I noticed you were. That's why I mentioned that part of my ancestry. Those ancestors immigrated to America in the early 1600s.

They look really good. I don't use vegan but sometimes I use flaxseed instead of eggs and it works perfectly, and I always use Greek yogurt instead of oil.

@maclanis I looked up recipes, I'm not sure you can just substitute but maybe it would work.

They sound intriguing, and I imagine they are very good! If I don’t have eggs I always check to see if I have mayonnaise since you can use mayonnaise as a substitute for eggs (which I’m positive you already know). These days I don’t buy eggs OR mayo anymore.

They sound delicious. I am not sure I have tried any vegan recipes but I would like to. Do you have any easy one you could share?
