Got 5% Discount from Early Payment of Electricity

I enjoy sharing small wins. I didn't get lazy, and paid ahead of due date. If I keep doing this for a year maybe I can save up $30 which isnt bad at all. I had avocado shake today which is delicious. I freeze it a bit in the freezer, tastes like icecream. Weekends passed by just like that. Our puppy Nami had a good bath now she smells of shampoo. My mother wants to get a surgery for her ulcer. Hopefully there is a procedure that is not too intrusive and I hope she heals from her ulcer. Reminds me I had to head to the bank tomorrow. Insurance coverage is not a common practice here. I should add it to my to do list. Sigh! Life.

We don't get discounts for paying early here in the States. Good for you for getting a discount. What kind of puppy is Nami? I hope your mother's ulcer heals soon. Have a good day.

We get no discount for paying in advance. Mom had an ulcer on a leg. surgery did not repair the ulcer. When a doctor suggested the "Unna Boot" and a nurse came every week to change the gauze, in 4 months she was perfectly fine.

I looked it up and that is effective for such cases; Im glad your mom healed through unna boot. I hope my mother would also be recommended an effective method by a doctor. Her doctor right now is not effective in treating her.

@yoalldudes The doctor of my mother tried different methods, then suggested surgery and it did not work. Finally my brother decided to take care of my Mom problem and he opted for the unna boot. It worked.

Wow! Her ulcer must be awful! Where is her ulcer? I had two in my stomach, and Nexium healed it, but people have ulcers so many places.

@yoalldudes Oh, please do. My ulcers were very bad, but the Nexium worked. The doctors certainly didn't want to do unnecessary surgery, and I know you wouldn't want that for her either.

@yoalldudes I want to add the prescription strength was required, not the over the counter. She'd need the doctor prescribed prescription strength.

You're doing quite well. I like avocado shakes or ice cream too. One of my favorite flavors aside from ube and vanilla. I hope you will find a less invasive procedure for your mom's ulcer. Have a nice week ahead of you/

That's a favorable bit! Any savings help us. Here, we have a prepaid Electricity+Maintenance meter. No post payment thing now. It was an option in my previous apartment (s). Looks like your mother has a really troublesome ulcer?
