Have you had a dream of a real-time event like this?

Have you ever had this kind of moment when the things happening real-time somehow managed to find their way into your mind during sleep? I just have realized that the things you hear while you're fast asleep can actually sneak into your dreams. I experienced it firsthand last night. The only thing I remember is that we were using a detached door as a shield to fend off the dogs that were trying to attack us. Then out of nowhere, without even thinking, I found myself awake, standing up, and shooing away the fighting dogs that were getting too close to our house. By the way, our house is pretty open since it's not fully finished yet, which makes it easy for the dogs to come in. Maybe that's why my body instinctively reacted. Anyway, after I chased them away, I couldn't help but ask myself, "What just happened?" Have you ever had a similar experience?

It happens that a noise or something you hear enter into your dream, it happened to me.

Yes, it happens. External noise usually comes in my dream and becomes part of it until I wake up. Just like the ringing of my alarm clock, in my dream, it would be a phone ringing and then as soon as I stand up to answer it, I wake up.

@iammuy That is really something. I had a dog here in Israel and she was part lab and the other part husky. She got very sick and I had to put her down after trying to find ways to save her life but did not succeed. I had two dreams about her. One was where she was a peace with what I had to do and the other was where strings were coming down her face and body and she was angry at me for ending her life.
