Finally The Nightmares Are Over

I think it's something I cannot change about myself. Whenever I leave something incomplete my brain tortures me by reminding me of all the ways I could have used to complete this task.
I was done with writing the book and was left with doing the illustration. This story is different from my previous book. The main character's name in the book is Suzy. Suzy and I have a lot in common. She is very special to me. I lived with this character and feel whatever she feels.
Anyway as I was saying last night I worked on the remaining pages and finally I was done with all the illustrations
I'm so happy since I have been having nightmares that I wasn't able to do my illustration and other disturbing dreams connected to my book.
Now that I complete my book, I can say the nightmares are gone. Boy, I'm so glad the nightmares are over. I wish my brain would work differently allowing me to complete any incomplete task afterward but NO stupid want to complete everything at once.
Does it happen to you too? Do you feel restless if you left something incomplete??

No, that's not a problem we share. I only think about an incomplete task often enough that I will complete it before any deadline I set myself and don't ever dream of unfinished tasks.
I'm sorry that happens to you. It doesn't sound like fun at all.

@DaddyEvil The break hasn't started yet. You know the brain just passed another request to get the work done before next month
I feel like I do not want to listen to this one but he controls me

Yep and in fact until now I would still have nightmares about failing to submit a school report and not graduation in college when I had graduated already in 1999. Odd.

Well, your cover is amazing, and I have to say my cousin, Jay, was especially fascinated by the illustrations.
I think you may be a perfectionist, and you become too hard on yourself. This must be a relief for you, and I am glad you can rest easily now.

Thanks, Amber. I'm so happy you liked it. I worked a lot to get the best cover possible for Suzy. I hope the readers see what I see in her.
Thank you so much, Amber. Honestly, you are the reason I wrote this 2nd book. I was gonna gave up. But your motivation and kind words inspired me.
This is very special to me and means a lot. From my view, I am emotionally attached to Suzy.
Well, you are right. I think I will give my mind some rest and then do the rest. Olle it rhymes...That gonna be the best thing to do then.

@AmbiePam It makes me happy to hear that I am an Author. There were many times I felt useless but every time you call me an author I feel so happy and I can tell myself I am worthy.
I think I am officially an Author now. Arlo was dear to me too but Suzy is more special to me.

Yes, it does happen to me. I can't sleep peacefully until I complete the work I have to do.

I sold 3 books. My friend made the first purchase and recommended it to two other people who purchased it. I'm grateful that I got 3 sales.
I just published my 2nd book. Let's see how it goes.
