My father usually like to read herbal medicine books that in case any chance, he could apply it practically. Yesterday my dad was telling me more about the avocado seed, i never imagined of this, that you can prepare tea using avocado seeds It is a mystery but let me explain, to make avocado seed tea you must grate the avocado seed there after dry it in the sun then crush it into powder and now the powder can be used to make tea. Mostly the health benefit of the avocado seed powder tea is that it improves on digestion and incase you have a tooth or gum problem you can take the tea to reduce the pain. tomorrow I'm making this avocado seed powder. What about you guys, have you ever tried this?

I'm not sure whether the avocado seeds can be medicine, but this is very interesting to figure it out. I know the avocado seeds can become indoor desktop plants and it looks very cute and pretty.

Nature is full of health benefits in plants and the foods we eat. I'm glad you found another good health benefit from avocados.

I have never used avocado seeds, but I know they contain anti inflammation properties, and eliminate toxins from your body by being full of fiber. I think your dad is wise to suggest drinking a tea made from the seeds.

Avocado can be used for medicinal purposes in several ways such as avocado oil to promote healthy skin, hair, and nails, avocado leaf tea to regulate blood sugar levels and relieve inflammation and antimicrobial properties, avocado paste to soothe dry or irritated skin, avocado extract to improve skin elasticity and reduce fine lines, and avocado supplements to reduce inflammation, lower cholesterol levels, and support healthy digestion. However, some individuals may be allergic or sensitive to avocado and should consult with a healthcare professional before using it for medicinal purposes.
