My father usually like to read herbal medicine books that in case any chance, he could apply it practically.
Yesterday my dad was telling me more about the avocado seed, i never imagined of this, that you can prepare tea using avocado seeds
It is a mystery but let me explain, to make avocado seed tea you must grate the avocado seed there after dry it in the sun then crush it into powder and now the powder can be used to make tea.
Mostly the health benefit of the avocado seed powder tea is that it improves on digestion and incase you have a tooth or gum problem you can take the tea to reduce the pain.
tomorrow I'm making this avocado seed powder. What about you guys, have you ever tried this?

Avocado can be used for medicinal purposes in several ways such as avocado oil to promote healthy skin, hair, and nails, avocado leaf tea to regulate blood sugar levels and relieve inflammation and antimicrobial properties, avocado paste to soothe dry or irritated skin, avocado extract to improve skin elasticity and reduce fine lines, and avocado supplements to reduce inflammation, lower cholesterol levels, and support healthy digestion. However, some individuals may be allergic or sensitive to avocado and should consult with a healthcare professional before using it for medicinal purposes.
