Healthy but Light Meal for Breakfast

I normally like to have a heavy breakfast but yesterday I decided to have a nutritious but light meal. So I instructed my chef to prepare to chicken sausages and boiled eggs along with a cup of coffee and fruit juice.
After the meal I felt fit and easy on the stomach with lots of energy as well. Most of the time I eat Indian breakfast which consists of stuck potato or Chicken Keema paratha along with curd and coffee and juice.
Parathas can be heavy but the meal I had of sausages and boiled eggs is simply wonderful
