Friday Morning Brief

Good morning from Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA where the skies are bluer than they have been for several days. When I got up this morning, we were still in the unhealthy red category with our air quality at 161. By noon, it's supposed to be in the moderate category.
I'm off to a good start today. I have the Bible study done, and I've got most of my game taken care of for the early morning. I'm also eating.
My plans for today include the exercise class in half an hour and working on Guns of War. It's coming along well. I have loose ends to tie up and that edge-of-your-seat climax to write and then I can call it finished. How long it will take, I have no idea. I will also get the notifications finished because I want to see how you are doing in your world.
I might get the car fixed today. I'll know when I get back from the exercise class and can call my son.
It's also Friday. The last day of June. Can you imagine? Six months of this year are already gone. How have the first six months been for you? Any significant milestones? How is your day going?
Thanks for reading. The image belongs to me.

Our air quality today has gone from red yesterday to orange today. Still not good but better.
June certainly has flown by and not only has 6 months of this year disappeared but I was just thinking that in 6 months we'll be doing the whole Christmas holiday stuff.
Hope you enjoy your day and that you can get your car fixed

I'm glad your air quality is better.
Yes, this year has flown by on wings. Christmas will be here soon. Have you started any projects for Christmas with all the yarn you bought?
The car isn't mandatory. I'll talk to my son after the Fourth of July.

@just4him I just started making some red scarfs. The yarn is a very pretty red with a silver metallic thread that runs through it. It's great for the holidays as well as for just plain old winter wear. Last year I sold a few thanks to my daughter in law and her church group. I've also made some in black which are also very pretty. When my daughrers friends were here last weekend one of them saw my yarn stash and said I have enough yarn. I was appalled It's impossilbe to have enough yarn That's the same as saying you have enough books

@Marilynda1225 I totally agree. You can't have enough of either. Though in my case, I'll leave the knitting to someone who is better coordinated for it. I'll stick to writing. I know someone would be appalled if I stopped writing.

The days, weeks and months all fly by anymore. Soon it will be winter again. Noooo! Nothing special in the first six months. Wishing you a wonderful weekend.

@LindaOHio That's my favorite part of winter. All that white puts a smile on my face.
