I had terrible indigestion

Philippines
July 2, 2023 12:23am CST
Just before this it was going to places both hot and cold. My meal was grilled meat dish and drank cold ice tea. Yeah the food didn't digest even after a few hours. Afternoon came and I finally vomit which was horribly scary. Got me very weak after wards. But after that I got relief and was able to eat some tasteless porridge. I sleep but I kept waking up every half and hour. So far I'm recovering. Never drinking that way too cold tea soda every again. Any advice on what to eat after such a horrible vomit? Have a nice day

I always have indigestion and this started seriously during the pandemic. It developed my acid reflux which I haven't had it before until it became severe with heartburn. We have different symptoms on this and I don't vomit at all like my sister who also has indigestion. I have diarrhea and more often constipation. My doctor prescribed me papaya enzymes and it works well in some ways. But it seems your indigestion is not really that severe and it only happened now, you just have to drink warm water and light meals. Get well.

@Letranknight2015 I bought these chewable papaya enzyme supplements online from Shopee or Lazada if you are familiar with them. Just follow the instructions guide. I take them 10 or 15 mins before meals 2x or 3x a day. They work best for me and I hope they will work for you, too. Don't drink anything even water when you take them. Just wait for 10 mins and eat your meals.

Gosh that sound dreadful. I think the only time i vomited was when I ate too much dried mangoes, and also when I ate an oily food then bico after. I just drank tons of water.

I hate when I need to vomit. Sometimes I take something cold that causes vomiting

When you have stomach problems bland foods like rice are best. Drink water. 7 Up soda often sets good to drink also
