Sleeping Friends Holding Hands

Everyone most likely knows that otters sleep holding hands. I always thought they were sweet little animals, but recently I watched a video that showed their teeth while they were giving themselves a soothing face message. I couldn't find that video but this one is just as cute. They are the cutest little guys, and I'm glad they are around to eat quite a bit of sea urchins, which destroy our kelp forest. Otters are very smart and will use a rock as a tool to break a crab open. They do it in reverse by smashing the crab to the rock, but they are still using a tool. Maybe when it's not so hot we can take a trip to the zoo to see them.
