I Made Sour-Cream Potatoes for Supper

We had leftover grilled chicken in the refrigerator. And this made a nice supper.
For two side dishes I served sour-cream potatoes and Italian cut green beans.
This was a delicious meal, we really enjoyed our evening meal.
The picture doesn't look that great, I'm not a very good photographer.

Looks good but never tried mashed potatoes with sour cream, I do the instant with some garlic and mayo.

@kobesbuddy that is different and I have heard of this before. Then again I no longer buy regular potatoes. When I make chocolate cake from a mix I add sour cream it comes out really tasty and moist,

These aren't mashed potatoes. They were baked, then cut up in small pieces.

I made chicken and rice, and fixed the last of the bags of corn I froze last summer--but it's nearly time for fresh corn, I wanted to use all of last year's. We had a tossed salad as well. Of course, son finished his dinner with some sherbet. He loves desserts.

The best way is over baked potatoes. These potatoes are chopped and cooked, with the peals on.
