Unripe strawberries

I don't understand why I can't find good strawberries here. I want ripe strawberries. Almost all supermarkets and stores here sell half white strawberry which means unripe ones. I can't get all red strawberry.
This is frustrating to me.
Are the strawberries sold at the markets in your town all ripe or half ripe?

@Butterfingers Lucky for you to live in India. I haven't heard about this fast delivery in Colombia.

Buying strawberries online? No way.
They will go bad while in the delivery process.

I only see ripe ones, but some stores, it is said, use forms of spray paint to make their strawberries appear ripe. So, some people might be getting deceived. There was a video of a man overseas doing it once at his store, but I don’t think it is common to do so.

Strawberries are available everyday here, but they are never solid in red.
