Yesterday, I bought Green Onions and Idaho Potatoes

These Idaho potatoes are small, which I was hoping to find. Jay doesn't care for baked potatoes. When I bake one for myself, I serve Jay a different side dish.
If the potato is real big, I usually only consume 1/2 a baked potato. This keeps my carbs at a safe level, without driving my blood sugar too high. I need to remember this at all times.
Those green onions are wonderful, added into certain foods. Potato salad is a favorite, I haven't made any yet this summer.
Idaho potatoes are my favorites, by far:)

I boiled several potatoes a few days ago but my eyes swelled closed so I couldn't do anything with them. Now that I can see again, I want to slice them and fry them with onions and garlic.

@DaddyEvil We are getting more rain, just light showers. As you said, this washes the allergens out of the air.

That bunch of green onions was sixty-nine cents! And the 5 pounds of Idaho potatoes, $2.99 These items were quite cheap. We don't buy many potatoes, or they go bad.

@snowy22315 With rice or noodles I can keep these, they never go bad. Potatoes need to be used up.

I grew up on Idaho potatoes but since I have mostly used frozen potatoes now I only have seasoned fries and tater tots,
