Today is my Friday! Well, one of my Fridays. I m at work right now trying to make it through the chaos. I actually like the Casino atmosphere, but at the same time it can be a little crazy especially as a cleaner. I have done customer service my whole life and I have to say that now days it is just getting worse. People feel like you owe them something or they feel so entitled. Folks are so rude and disrespectful lol.

I agree, I often notice how people are rude in the stores and when they ask something to the sell persons.

Yes, all the time. We deal with a lot and no one should have to deal with that.

I absolutely agree with you, and I don’t understand why everyone can’t be kind and respectful. You certainly shouldn’t have to deal with rude and arrogant customers.

No not at all especially early in the morning lol. We have some that drink so early in the morning and they can't hold their liquor, so it makes it worse.
