Last night I slept a bit more, 5 hours 37 minutes

I guess that last night I had my normal amount of sleep, five hours 37 minutes, I never knew that I slept so little. I always thought that I had at least six hours or more, but for the past month the smart watch has been measuring me, its about the average. I do all my tasks and I am not tired during the day.
This is new information for me. Maybe it is because I am 61?

The convetional wisdom is to get at least 8 hours. I have not been getting that for a few months. Maybe the watch makes me stay up later? More likely I'm reading on the phone.

@lifecoachjerusalem I only sleep for six hours a night and do not get tired during the day.

I am 45 and I sleep 5-6 hours a day and I don't nap during the day. Our body has its own body clock. Some people need to sleep more to feel energized, some people need less sleep.

I'm trying to get at least 8 hours of sleep daily. Sometimes I get it, sometimes I don't.

I heard from a doctor that short sleep short life, I really don't know what he meant

I will try to get more, but I have to get up early to help my mother put on the varicose vein socks. I start working at 7am every morning, so I wake up early. Maybe I'll put my alarm a little later and try to sleep a little earlier each night. . .
