One time my mom and I went shopping. One of my cousins was getting married and she always bought new dresses and shoes for us to wear. We went to Port Louis and I remember very well it was during summer time and I was exhausted. She went into every single shop and kept complaining about every dress she saw. Then lastly when she went into a shoe store I told her I am tired let's go home. I looked at the door and grab her hand without turning back. I keep talking and telling her how annoying it is to go to every single shop but not buy anything. I didn't let go of her hand and kept walking until we arrived to a crossing and when turn back to her, it wasn't her. It was a young man. I was shocked and freeze. He told me,"Miss, you are holding my hand" with a smile. I immediately let go of his hand and apologized. He smiled and said it was okay. I was so embarrassed I have been holding his hand and walking in a crowd in front of so many people. I wonder if he told me to let go of him or if he just decided to tag along.
